Gukesh 'The Conqueror' receives a grand welcome at his homecoming

GM D Gukesh has done something at the age of 17 years which at one point was quite difficult to fathom for any chess player. Vishy Anand was the first Indian to win the Candidates, Gukesh became the second on 21st April, exactly four months after securing his spot at the coveted tournament. After a long time, he was met his mother at the airport when he landed at 3 a.m. IST on 25th April 2024. How was the reception?
